1. How to stir-fry lettuce

Stir-fried lettuce is the most common way to eat it in daily diet. You need to prepare fresh lettuce, shrimp and meat slices and other ingredients first. Then pour a proper amount of oil into the pot and heat it to 50% hot, add the scallion and ginger, fry until fragrant, then pour in the mushrooms, stir-fry for about three minutes, then add a proper amount of salt, sugar and oyster sauce and continue to stir-fry over high heat, then add the lettuce and stir-fry slightly before serving.

Salad salad: prepare fresh lettuce and appropriate amount of sesame paste, etc. Pick the lettuce clean, rinse it with cold boiled water, drain it, tear it into pieces with your hands and set aside. Chop the garlic into fine pieces, add appropriate amount of salt and water to the sesame paste and mix well. Put the lettuce on a plate, then take out a bowl and pour sesame paste, MSG, salt, minced garlic, etc. into it. If you can eat spicy food, you can also add some chili oil. Stir it evenly, pour it on the lettuce, stir and then it can be eaten.

Lettuce and egg soup: prepare two tomatoes, two or three eggs and fresh lettuce. Cut the tomatoes into slices, pick the lettuce and wash it, then beat the eggs into a bowl and stir well, and sprinkle a little salt in it. Then take a pan, heat it up, pour in a proper amount of oil, then pour in the egg liquid and stir-fry, then pour in the tomatoes and continue to stir-fry until cooked. Then add an appropriate amount of water, cover the pot and simmer for a while, then put the lettuce into the pot, continue cooking for a few minutes and you can serve the soup.
