What should I do if my purple pearl has worms?

What should I do if my purple pearl has worms?

reason

The white bugs on the purple pearl are actually scale insects, and the purple pearl is a parasitic plant of this kind of insects. If you are not careful, bugs will appear. The most important reason is that it is too dry. The soil in the pot is too dry and the dead branches and leaves are not cleaned up in time.

what to do

Method 1

Smash the bugs to death one by one and do whatever you want with them as long as they are cleaned up.

Pull out the flesh, wash it and dry it. Do not use too much force during the washing process to avoid damaging the leaves.

Either throw away the potting soil and replace it with a new one, or add pesticide to the soil and let it dry in the sun, then plant the succulent back after a week.

Method 2

Some flower lovers will feel panic when they see insects and dare not kill them. Some friends are too lazy to change pots. You might as well try this method: spray the medicine directly.

In the afternoon, after the sun goes down, dilute the purchased medicine (either Kebizhi or Huhuashen) into clean water, and the concentration must be low. The dosage is generally about one-third of the basin.

When spraying the medicine, start from the roots, spray every layer of leaves, and pay attention to spraying the back as well. It is not recommended to irrigate the roots with pesticides in summer. If you repeat this several times, almost all the scale insects will be killed.
