How to germinate ginger

1. Indoor germination

If you want to germinate the seeds indoors, you must first build a rectangular germination pool with a height of 80 cm. Prepare wheat straw, place it on top after exposing it to the sun, then put straw or straw paper on top, then place the seed block on top, the height of which should be about 50cm, then spread a layer of straw, and finally cover it with a quilt. The temperature during germination should be around 20-25℃, and the germination will be completed in about 20 days.

2. Germination in Yangbing

This method is not commonly used. It is done by digging a germination pool in the field, covering it with wheat straw and then placing ginger seeds on it, with a pile of about 30cm. After that, cover it with straw and build the arch frame. Finally, cover it with a plastic film and cover it with some straw. After a month, it will be ready.
