Maintenance of the lucky tree

Maintenance of the lucky tree

1. Soil

When maintaining the plant, just mix garden soil, leaf mold and river sand to prepare the soil, which will meet the growth needs. Be careful not to use clay. In fact, as long as drainage and air permeability are guaranteed, it will be fine.

2. Lighting

It likes light, so you must ensure that it receives sufficient light when caring for it. It should receive four to six hours of light every day, or you can also receive full light. But be careful to avoid strong sunlight at noon and direct sunlight in summer to avoid sunburn, otherwise the leaves will become yellow and affect growth.

3. Temperature

It likes a warm environment, and the most suitable temperature is usually between 20 and 30 degrees. Pay attention to the high temperatures in summer and the low temperatures in winter. Water the plants frequently in summer, place them in a ventilated place, and cool them down. The temperature should be controlled in winter and kept above 10 degrees.

4. Fertilization

When maintaining the plant, it is important to apply fertilizer appropriately, once a month during the growing season. Fertilizers can be nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium compound fertilizers or organic fertilizers. However, when the high temperature exceeds 30 degrees or the low temperature is below 15 degrees, stop fertilizing to avoid burns.

5. Watering

It likes a slightly moist environment, and it is best to keep it semi-dry and semi-wet, but there must be no water accumulation. Water the plant every two or three days on normal days, and water more often in summer to keep it moist. In winter, you need to control watering and only water once every half a month.
