When should passion fruit seeds be planted and how to germinate them using paper towels?

1. Sowing time

It is best to plant passion fruit seeds in spring and autumn because the temperature and humidity at this time are conducive to germination and growth. Especially in March in spring, the success rate will be higher. In addition, it should be noted that it is best to transplant in rainy weather or after rain. A certain humidity is more conducive to successful transplanting.

2. Method of germination with paper towel

1. Soak the seeds: Before sowing, be sure to soak the seeds in warm water for about 24 hours so that the seeds can germinate. Otherwise, the germination rate will be very low even if planted.

2. Wet the paper towels: Put clean paper towels in a container, and then wet them with clean water. Just wet them, but don't let too much water accumulate. Or you can just put it in a wet paper towel.

3. Put in the seeds: Take out the soaked seeds and place them evenly on the paper towel, leaving some space between them and not placing them too close.

4. Covering film: After all the seeds are placed, cover the mouth of the container with plastic film, leaving no gaps. This will keep in heat and moisture. The seeds will soon sprout small white buds. After the leaves turn white, you can move them into the soil for planting, and they will soon fill the pot.
