Three-leaf green , also known as stone mouse, stone monkey, golden thread hanging gourd, etc., is a relatively scarce wild Chinese medicinal material . Nowadays, more and more farmers are artificially cultivating Sanyeqing. Here, the editor will introduce the high-yield cultivation technology of Sanyeqing. Let’s take a look. 1. Land preparation and fertilization When plowing the land, mix in wood ash as base fertilizer, not less than 200 kg per mu. You can also apply 250-400 kg of decomposed manure or special organic fertilizer , 50 kg of phosphate fertilizer, and 50 kg of wood ash. The ridges are made in the north-south direction, with a height of about 30 cm, a width of 12 meters, and a ridge spacing of 30-40 cm. Or they can be made into turtle-back shaped ridges, 50-60 cm wide and 25-35 cm high. At the same time, drainage ditches are dug to ensure that the ditches are connected. 2. Breeding method Tripterygium wilfordii is usually propagated by cuttings, which are carried out in spring and summer, with spring being the best time. Select strong branches, cut them into 12-15 cm long cuttings, and insert them obliquely into the seedbed with a depth of 2/3 of the branches. Press them tightly after insertion and water them to keep them moist. About 30-40 days after transplanting, when roots and leaves grow, it can be transplanted. In addition, it can also be propagated by seeds. 3. Planting The annual transplanting time is 2 months after seedling cultivation, usually in March-April or September-October. At this time, the average daily temperature is above 20℃, which can effectively prevent the damage of low temperature to the young plants of Clover and improve the survival rate of Clover planting. Select healthy seedlings with a plant height of 15-20cm, a diameter of about 2mm, and 5-10 roots for planting. 4. Field management Tripterygium wilfordii is a climbing vine . When the vine grows to 25-40 cm, a support needs to be set up to guide its climbing growth to prevent the vine from creeping on the ground and taking root, which would affect ventilation, light transmission and yield. Intertillage and weeding should be carried out 3-4 times a year to keep the soil loose and reduce weed competition. The principle of tillage, soil building and weeding is not to damage the roots or crush the seedlings. 5. Water and fertilizer management Three-leaf green likes a humid air environment and has strict requirements on water. Generally, watering 1-2 times a week is sufficient to meet its growth needs. In the winter, when the temperature is low, the frequency of watering should be reduced to prevent frost damage. At the same time, the air humidity can be increased by spraying water mist. In spring and summer, human feces or chemical fertilizers are mainly applied to promote rapid growth of plants. You can also use 10-25% diluted human feces or 15-30% biogas slurry for irrigation. In autumn and winter, dig ring trenches to apply compost or manure and cultivate the soil to enhance the plant's resistance to cold. The above is the high-yield cultivation technology of Sanyeqing. Three years after planting Sanyeqing, when the color of the plant stem is brown, the epidermis of the tuber is brown, the individual plants are plump and not wrinkled, and the flesh is silvery white, it indicates that it is mature and can be harvested.
