1. Cut off the head and get more headsTangyin is a succulent plant that grows in summer. In summer, Tangyin grows as lush as weeds. It is actually very easy to do beheading at this time, and it is also very easy to keep it alive. Just cut off the top of the plant with scissors. Many small buds will grow from the cut top of the plant and the mother stump. Place the mother plant and the small buds in a well-ventilated location, let them dry, and then put them directly into the pot. After a few days, you will find new sprouts popping out. The more tender shoots grow, the more they will grow. When these small shoots grow up, your Tang Yin will have many heads. 2. Pull out the leaves to get more headsThis method cannot be used on newly purchased Tang Yin because the root system is damaged. If you pull out the leaves immediately after purchase, it will not produce many heads but only small heads, and it may even be killed by you. Another thing is that this method is best implemented in spring or autumn, because summer and winter are the dormant period of Tang seals. Side buds will also appear in the place where the leaves fall. You can wait for it to drop its leaves by itself or remove the large leaves below. Take good care of it and wait patiently. 3. Cutting the flower arrows to get multiple headsPrune the Tangyin after it blooms, cutting off the top growth point (flower arrow), which can promote the growth of side buds, thus forming multiple Tangyins. During this period, give the Tangyin more sunlight, water less, and apply fertilizer scientifically. This will allow the Tangyin to grow stronger, grow more small heads, and have a fuller and more beautiful appearance. Tangyin looks very beautiful when it turns red. I highly recommend it whether it is raised alone, in a platter or as a backdrop. It is worth noting that when watering or fertilizing, do not get the white powder on the leaves, which will remove it and affect its appearance. If you like to grow succulents, try the method I taught you. |
