Succulent

Many flower lovers who grow succulents have their own habits, either they care for them too much, or they like to change the succulents into beautiful flower pots. However, those beautiful flower pots may not be suitable for succulents, and may even easily cause root rot! However, as long as you prepare the soil properly, root rot will be difficult to occur!

For general height and short flower pots, Huahua recommends that you can use the following soil ratio:

Mixture of large and small Akadama particles, Kanuma soil, river sand, medical stone, volcanic rock... (80%)

Rice ash (10%)

Peat (7%)

Granular fertilizer (2%)

Rooting powder, carbendazim (1%)

If the flower pot is high and deep, first put a layer of expanded clay at the bottom of the flower pot.

Then spread a layer of mixed granular soil on top.

The top is the succulent cultivation soil.

This ensures maximum breathability and prevents moisture from accumulating.

Chlorophytum

Chlorophytum is a relatively easy plant to grow, but there are always some flower lovers who kill it, either by over-sunning it or by over-watering it... Huahua would like to say that if the soil is loose and breathable, the water will flow out through the gaps, and there is no need to worry about the root rot of the Chlorophytum!

Huahua suggested laying broken tiles, stones, coal slag and other large particles at the bottom of the flowerpot.

Then spread a layer of river sand on top, which can be used at the construction site.

The top layer is covered with nutrient soil. The nutrient soil can be humus soil, or a mixture of humus soil and peat soil.

Money Tree

The soil for the money tree is generally prepared with humus, garden soil, peat soil + sand + organic fertilizer in a ratio of 7:2:1.
