How to cultivate golden lotus leaf

How to cultivate golden lotus leaf

1. Flower soil

The golden lotus leaf likes to grow in a relatively humid environment, but its roots are also afraid of waterlogging. Therefore, when caring for it, you should try to choose flower soil with high nutrient content, good water retention and not easy to accumulate water.

2. Sunlight

It likes a slightly dark environment and cannot be deprived of sunlight for a long time, nor can it be grown in a place with too strong light, otherwise it will grow poorly. When caring for it, just place it in a location with mild sunlight.

3. Temperature

It does not like warmth and heat and grows best in an environment between 15-25°C. In addition, it is not very cold-resistant. In winter, the temperature should be kept within 5-15℃ as much as possible, not too cold, so as not to affect its growth.

4. Watering

It likes moisture, so you should pay attention to giving it water in time during maintenance. Otherwise, its soil may dry out and it will not grow well. Normally, water should be given every 2-3 days during the growing season, but in winter, watering can be reduced to allow the soil to dry out.

5. Fertilization

As it grows, it needs additional fertilizer every 3-4 weeks. This will allow it to get enough nutrients and grow faster. However, during the high temperature period in summer and the low temperature period in winter, it is necessary to temporarily stop fertilizing to prevent it from being damaged by fertilizer.
