Radish seed germination method

Radish seed germination method

Radishes need to be germinated because most of them are underdeveloped or unable to emerge from the soil, resulting in a very low germination rate. If new seeds or old seeds are used for planting, the germination rate will be relatively low and the quality of the radishes grown will be relatively poor.

Radish germination method

Before sowing radish seeds, it is best to put the seeds in a sealed container on a sunny day and soak them for 24 hours. Then take out the soaked seeds and put them in a ventilated environment to dry. This will make the seeds active, which will help the subsequent growth of the radish and increase the yield of the radish.

Radish seedling planting

The first step, when planting radish seedlings, is to choose a relatively large container. After cleaning it, put paper on the bottom of the container. Then you can prepare for planting. Note that it is best to choose a container with a larger diameter and bottom so that you can plant more radish seedlings.

The second step is to spray the paper at the bottom of the container with water, then spread the radish seeds evenly on the paper, then spray water again to keep the radish seeds slightly moist, and finally cover the surface of the container with a wet cloth, which can keep it warm and moisturized.

Step 3: After the radish seedlings are planted, they need to be well maintained and managed. Water needs to be sprayed on the surface of the seeds 2-3 times a day. They will germinate and grow in about 2-3 days. During the day, make sure to keep them in a warm environment.
