How to water Ranunculus

How to water Ranunculus

1. The need for water

If you want Anemone to grow fast, water is essential. However, overall, it is relatively drought-resistant and relatively afraid of waterlogging. So, if you are unsure how much to water, try watering less. Otherwise, the plant's roots are prone to rot, and watering it less will not cause any harm in the short term. However, in order for the plants to grow vigorously, it is best to ensure sufficient water during the growth period.

2. How to water

(1) First of all, water the plants thoroughly right after planting. Moreover, it is best to use the immersion basin method. That is to say, instead of pouring water directly into the soil in the flowerpot, place the flowerpot and the plant together in a larger pot and add an appropriate amount of water to the pot. The water level should not exceed the flower pot. In this way, water can smoothly penetrate into the soil through the holes at the bottom, and uneven watering can be effectively avoided.

(2) Then comes the growth stage. This stage is more troublesome, and we need to pay attention to controlling watering. When it just enters the growth stage, you should control the amount of watering. However, when it reaches a very vigorous growth stage, it is necessary to provide sufficient water. Generally speaking, you need to water once a day.

(3) Special attention should be paid in the summer, as it is different from the growth period. Try to water as little as possible, otherwise the roots will easily rot. You can spray some water at this time.

(4) In winter, the amount of water should be less, or even no watering is required.
