How to cultivate the fortune tree

1. Soil

The money tree prefers soil that contains more nutrients, has better internal air circulation, and has relatively strong water retention capacity. For specific water, you can use garden soil, peat soil, leaf mold and coarse sand mixed evenly, and then add a small amount of compound fertilizer as its culture soil.

2. Watering

The money tree has relatively high requirements for water and prefers relatively moist soil conditions. When caring for it, you should observe the condition of the soil in the pot more often, and water it when it starts to dry out. However, you cannot water too much at one time, otherwise water will accumulate and cause root rot.

3. Temperature

Its optimal growth temperature is 20-30℃. In winter, it needs to be moved indoors or other methods should be used to keep it warm. The temperature cannot be lower than 10℃, otherwise it may experience freezing reactions such as leaf drop.

4. Lighting

Its growth requires a certain amount of light support, and it is best to place it in a sunny place for cultivation. You can't put it in a dark place for a long time, otherwise it will grow very slowly. In addition, it needs proper shade in the summer, otherwise the strong light will easily burn its leaves.

5. Fertilization

It likes fertilizer, and base fertilizer needs to be applied when repotting it in spring every year. In addition, during the spring growing season, fertilizer needs to be applied every 15 days to ensure that it has enough nutrients for growth.
