Artificial cultivation method of Ganoderma lucidum

Artificial cultivation method of Ganoderma lucidum

Ganoderma lucidum is a very precious medicinal material, especially the wild Ganoderma lucidum that has grown for a long time, which is even known as the " immortal grass ". Due to the high demand and scarcity of Ganoderma lucidum, artificial cultivation has been developed. Here we will introduce to you the artificial cultivation method of Ganoderma lucidum.

1. Suitable strains

When it comes to the selection of fungus strains, most growers prefer to grow Yuanzhi No. 6, Taishan Ganoderma No. 1, Taishan Ganoderma No. 2, South Korean Ganoderma No. 1 and South Korean Ganoderma No. 2. These varieties have the characteristics of high yield, good color, thick flesh and large cap. Especially South Korea Ganoderma No. 2, which has won the favor of the majority of Ganoderma growers.

2. Cultivation time

The best time for Ganoderma lucidum inoculation is from early December to the end of January of the following year, because the temperature is lower and there is less rain during this period, which is more suitable for Ganoderma lucidum to take root and survive. At the same time, the mycelium has accumulated sufficient nutrients after a long period of fermentation to ensure its demand for nutrients during its growth and development. After Qingming Festival, the temperature is relatively stable, which is suitable for buried growth.

3. Punching sterilization

When punching holes and bagging, you need to trim the short basswood and put it into the bag film, use an electric drill to punch holes, determine whether the moisture content of the basswood is appropriate, then put in an appropriate amount of polyethylene and tie the bag. The steam oven is used to eliminate the bacteria on the bags that are not conducive to the growth of Ganoderma lucidum, ensuring that Ganoderma lucidum has the best growth environment.

4. Vaccination

After the fumigation sterilization bags are cooled, they are placed in an inoculation room or inoculation box and sterilized again using an oxygen atom sterilizer. The actual inoculation operation requires the cooperation of two people. One of them uses a 45W soldering iron to heat open the bag film at the hole position, and the other person quickly puts the mushroom block into the hole. The first person then seals the opened bag film with tape.

5. Bacteria

Disinfect and sterilize the mushroom room in advance, then place the treated mushroom bags on the mushroom rack, and adjust the temperature inside the mushroom bags through external temperature control to maintain it at around 25°C, which is conducive to the growth and spread of mycelium. In addition, the indoor air needs to be kept fresh during the fungus fermentation period, windows need to be opened for ventilation every day, the indoor humidity needs to be kept below 70%, and 3% Lysol needs to be sprayed every week to inhibit the growth of miscellaneous bacteria. In the later stage of spawning, drainage, oxygenation, dehumidification and other treatments are required.

6. Build a shed and prepare the land

Generally, Ganoderma lucidum is planted in open areas with good ventilation, convenient drainage and irrigation, and acidic and fertile soil. First, deep plow the land, organize it into ridges after exposure to the sun, spray pesticides, build a sunshade, and cover 80% of it with shade nets. Place the mushroom bags in a certain proportion on the shed, cover them with soil, and water them with an appropriate amount of water. Be careful to avoid excessive watering and water accumulation.

7. Output management

Ganoderma management is divided into three stages: early, middle and late. In the early stage, the soil temperature is relatively low, so it is necessary to control the soil temperature and keep the humidity at around 85%; in the middle stage, it is necessary to pay attention to the impact of rising temperature on the growth of Ganoderma, and the temperature of the growth environment of Ganoderma should be appropriately lowered, while the humidity should be kept at 90% or above; in the late stage, it is necessary to increase the humidity by spraying, and at the same time, pay attention to the impact of cold wind on the growth of Ganoderma.
