1. Reasons

1. Inadequate fertilization

After the plant enters the flowering period, it needs to supplement a large amount of nutrients. If there is not enough nutrient absorption, it will cause nutritional deficiency, which will cause the flower buds to shrink. In addition, if the wrong fertilizer is applied to the plant, for example, nitrogen fertilizer is applied by mistake, it will cause the leaves to grow too long and the flower buds to be squeezed out.

2. Inadequate watering

When the plant is in the bud stage, if watering is not timely or the amount of water is too much, it will cause the flower buds to shrink.

3. Inadequate lighting

The plant needs a certain amount of light during the flowering period, but the light at noon is a bit scorching, which is very strong for the small flower buds, so avoid putting the plant in the sun at noon.
