1. Storage method

1. Refrigeration method: Clean it and dry the surface moisture. After that, place it in a refrigerator at a temperature of 2-4 degrees and it can be stored for a period of time. Be careful not to let the temperature be too low, otherwise it will easily freeze and rot. Also, do not store it together with other vegetables, as this will shorten the shelf life of other vegetables.

2. Quick method: Put the washed tomatoes in a food bag and then put them in the freezer of the refrigerator. They will be frozen in about three hours. When you need them later, take them out directly, thaw them and then eat them.

3. Make into tomato sauce: This preservation method is also very common. Cut it into pieces and put it into a clean container, then steam it for about 20 minutes and tighten the bottle cap. Take it out and let it cool. It can be used for stir-frying or making soup, both of which are very delicious.

4. Drying method: This method is not commonly used, but it is very simple. Just put it directly in the oven and bake it. After drying, it will become dried tomatoes. When eating, just soak it in water.

Its storage time depends on the method, and the storage time will be different depending on the method. If refrigerated, it will keep for about 10 days. If you freeze it in the refrigerator, it will last longer, up to five or six months. It is recommended to consume the tomato sauce as soon as possible, otherwise it will affect the taste later.
