1. Reasonable watering

Improper watering can cause yellow leaves. If it is because of over-watering, you should immediately reduce watering and put it in a cool place; if it is because of under-watering, you should appropriately increase the amount and frequency of watering.

Pay attention to the weather and season when watering. From spring to the flowering period, watering 3 or 4 times is generally enough. In summer and autumn, watering 2 or 3 times is sufficient. When watering, be careful not to allow water to accumulate near the roots.

2. Reasonable fertilization

Fertilizing too early is likely to affect the growth of its roots. Therefore, it is most appropriate to fertilize this flower in autumn. When applying fertilizer, remember that it is not suitable to apply fertilizer when the plants have just been planted, and the nitrogen content in the fertilizer applied should not be too high. It is worth noting that too much or too little fertilizer is not conducive to its growth, and the inappropriate type of fertilizer applied may also cause its leaves to turn yellow. We can apply potassium dihydrogen phosphate or urea aqueous solution to it, and pay attention to the concentration being lower when applying it. If the plant is small and looks unhealthy, you can also apply appropriate foliar fertilizer to its surface.

3. Solve the disease in time

This plant is relatively susceptible to disease. Its common diseases include rust and black spot. In addition, powdery mildew is also very harmful. The occurrence of any of these diseases may cause its leaves to turn yellow. Therefore, we should observe more often and deal with symptoms in a timely manner once they occur. If black spot disease occurs, you can spray drugs such as Daktarin or Carbendazim; if powdery mildew occurs, you can spray with triadimefon solution; if rust occurs, you can spray with 800 times triadimefon once a week for about a month to cure it.
